From the Romanian word for “step”, the practice sees architecture as a progression of ideas, experiments and encounters. It explores how we might build, dwell and organise differently in a changing climate, working across regenerative materials, vernacular knowledge and hands-on experimentation through research, workshops, collaborations and writing.



ina pop:
Zurich-based architect with Romanian roots, she works across different scales and contexts, both independently and collaboratively. She specialised in Regenerative Materials at ETH Zürich, at the Chair of Sustainable Construction. Her work explores regeneration, ethics, care and wellbeing in the built environment, bringing together architectural design, material knowledge, hands-on experimentation and critical reflection.
